Dr Jaryd Freedman: Dermatologist in Philadelphia
Jaryd Freedman, M.D. joined Dermatology of Philadelphia in 2022 at our NJ location. He is a board-certified dermatologist practicing general and complex medical dermatology.
Born and raised in the Philadelphia area, Dr. Freedman attended Temple University for medical school and completed his residency training in dermatology at Drexel University. After finishing training, Dr. Freedman spent six years practicing in the prestigious Kaiser Permanente health system in California. He is now glad to be back home serving the community in which he was raised.
Dr. Freedman practices both surgical and complex medical dermatology. Patient education is at the heart of his practice, which allows for the doctor and patient to construct the best personalized treatment plan.
Dr. Freedman enjoys spending time with his wife and two boys. He is an avid runner, cyclist, swimmer, and even picked up surfing during his time in California.
